Together, we’ll build confidence, strength, and the motivation to help you be the best that you can be.

A little about me....

I’ve always lived an active life. Growing up in a sporting family, I joined my local swimming club at a young age and, by age 11, discovered my love for running at the local athletics track, a passion that’s stayed with me ever since. Inspired by my dad, I later took up cycling and began taking part in sportives, time trials, and Audax events. Eventually, I brought all three disciplines together and started competing in sprint triathlons.

Over time, my focus shifted to longer-distance running and cycling challenges, where I continued to push myself and enjoy the sense of achievement that endurance sport brings.

I’ve taught swimming for over 30 years and still find great joy in helping others build their confidence and skills in the water. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer more than 10 years ago, I went on to expand my knowledge by studying Sports Massage Therapy and later Advanced Massage Therapy—completing the circle of what I love most: how to train, how to improve, and how to recover. I’m genuinely excited to keep learning, growing, and sharing my passion for sport and movement with others.

After a cycling accident, I had to rebuild from scratch. Although incredibly challenging at times, this experience has given me a deeper understanding of what it feels like to start again—the frustration, the doubt, and the determination it takes to keep going. It’s also made me a better coach. I know firsthand what it takes to stay motivated, to push through setbacks, and to believe you will get there, And I’m here to help you….. do exactly that.
