    Barb understands hidden injuries and pain and is an expert at locating and manipulating the source through sports therapy massage. She suggests exercises and stretches to support this between sessions.

    Have had a problem around my left hip area for some time, which had started keeping me awake when laying on it. I am so pleased I went to see Barbara as she quickly diagnosed the problem and I have had regular massages since. It is no longer a problem to lay on and is getting better all the time. Also the exercises she suggested are really helping. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

    Highly recommend Barbara Ellingham (Fit 4 Life), a local sports massage therapist in Broadbridge Heath. I went in with sports related lower back pain, and after a thorough assessment and deep tissue massage, my mobility improved significantly. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and provides personalised treatment. Easily the best independent massage therapist in the area, with the added benefit of her PT background.
